Unlike typical “cash for gold” businesses, we are specialists in precious metal refining. Through advanced refining processes, we transform gold and silver into pure bullion, allowing us to realise the full value of the material rather than simply reselling it.
This direct, in-house approach means we are not reliant on third parties—enabling us to offer fair, transparent, and highly competitive prices based on true market value.
The metals we refine are then carefully crafted into investment bars, rounds, and distinctive jewellery pieces. If there isn't a need for refining we refurbish and upcycle in tact pieces, ensuring each item is given a new purpose through expert craftsmanship and sustainable recycling
Can my Items be returned after I sell them?
No. All transactions are final once payment has been made.
By agreeing to sell, you enter into a legally binding agreement and items cannot be returned or repurchased.
The sale is final due to prices for precious metals changing constantly.
The price offered is based on the market rate at the time of the transaction, and items may be processed, refined, melted or resold immediately after purchase.
Can I change my mind or get my item back later?
No. Once payment has been made, the transaction cannot be reversed.
However, you are under no obligation to sell, so please ensure you are happy with the price before proceeding.
If you have not yet agreed to sell and no payment has been made, (e.g. you have come just for a valuation) you are free to take your items back.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship all of our items with tracked delivery to ensure your items arrive safely.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. It can vary based on weight and value of your items.
The shipping price will be calculated at the checkout before you purchase.
Can I collect items in store?
Collection is avalible from our store. Please call ahead or email first. We do not keep any of our retail stock in our store therefore we must be given prior notice of collctions.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their sale to us or purchase with us.
Investment Bars and Coins-Precious metal prices fluctuate significantly day to day and we are not able to provide any advice on investments. Our prices are set by the market price for that day and time. Therefore we are not able to accept returns or refunds. All sales transactions of precious metals are final when payment has been made.
Jewellery- After our specialist jewellers assess a second hand piece, they are repaired (if necessary) cleaned and polished and are only sold in perfect condition. The pieces are sold as seen and advertised and returns are not accepted.
